Appointments:
To secure your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit must be made, which will go towards your total service.
I ask that you please remove all makeup before coming to your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill in all consent forms and 5 minutes for all further appointments.
Cancellations:
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations and rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment. If you decide to reschedule, you must do so within 7 calendar days; failure to do so will result in you having to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
Missed Appointments:
If a client fails to cancel their appointment and no-show, they are required to pay 100% of the total of the new appointment before booking.
Late Arrivals/No Shows:
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another date. You will need to rebook, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
